Il Giardindo Silvestri (the Silvestri Garden) is located in a private estate the Adelaide Hills township of Clarendon, just a 25 minute drive from Adelaide and 15 minutes from the McLaren Vale wine region.
The Wedding Garden is available to hire on its own for your Ceremony, or in conjunction with our Restaurant for your Wedding Reception.
Set on a gentle slope, The Wedding Garden offers panoramic views of the surrounding hills with its vineyards, apple orchards and farms.

this outdoor wedding venue is the perfect setting for your Garden Ceremony & Photography. ‘
Behind Silvestri’s ornate wrought iron gates lay approximately half an acre of lawn, manicured hedges, mature trees and decorative sandstone urns.
The Wedding Garden is entered through a formal Arch, leading you down a short avenue of towering Pencil Pines.
The ‘Aisle’ leading up to the Temple is lined with more than 40 standard ‘French Lace’ Roses, which bloom from late October until the end of May.
At the end of the aisle sits the centerpiece of the Garden – our sandstone Grecian ‘Temple’ – the only one of its kind in South Australia. The Temple is seated in front of wide terraces of lawn meaning more guests have a ‘front row seat’ as you say ‘I do’.
Beyond all this, framing the Garden, are thirty mature Manchurian Pear Trees, which create a stunning backdrop of white blossoms in August & September, and then ruby coloured leaves in April & May.
Silvestri’s Garden is suitable for small intimate celebrations as well as grand affairs. We can host Weddings from 5 to 150 guests.
The Garden is available for Wedding Ceremonies Monday to Friday at a reduced rate (the full rate applies on Public Holidays). Saturday and Sunday Weddings are also available.
