Glen has worked as Sous-Chef at the prestigious Home House private club, Marble Arch cooking for clientele in the music industry, the media and catering for high profile weddings and events. On returning to Adelaide, he has been head chef of Auge Restaurant, where they won the prestigious award of best Italian and Restaurant of the Year in South Australia two years in a row.
